Site terms of service

These cover using asterion-studios.com. By signing in or opening a ticket, you agree to them. Last updated 20 October 2026.

Your account S-1

You sign in with your Discord account. You're responsible for what happens while you're signed in, so don't share sign-in links or use someone else's account.

Support requests S-2

Use tickets and appeals for what they're meant for, be honest in them, and don't send the same request over and over.

Acceptable conduct S-3

The Discord server rules apply to everything you send through the site: no harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content or anything illegal. We may block, close or delete anything that breaks this, and if it keeps happening, stop accepting new tickets from you.

Don't break the site S-4

Don't try to hack the site, overload it, or get around its protections, like the captcha and the limits on how fast you can send things. If you find a bug or a security problem, tell us in a ticket instead of using it.

Uploads S-5

Only upload things you're allowed to share and that relate to your ticket. Don't upload other people's private information or anything harmful.

Our content S-6

The portfolio, art, models, videos and mods on this site belong to Asterion Studios and the people who made them. Link to them as much as you like; just don't copy them and pass them off as your own.

Donations S-7

Donations are optional gifts to support the studio, not purchases, and they don't unlock anything. They're paid on Stripe's page. If a payment went wrong, like a charge you didn't mean to make, open a ticket and we'll sort it out.

No guarantees S-8

The site comes as it is. We do our best, but it may go down, have bugs or change at any time, and we can't promise it will always be available.

Changes and contact S-9

We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after that, you're accepting the new version. Questions? Open a ticket or ask staff on Discord.

Privacy

Privacy and data

This section explains what information Asterion Studios collects through this website, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Your Discord profile
When you sign in with Discord, the site looks up your public Discord profile and uses it. That's all it takes from your Discord account. Why we collect itTo know who you are, connect your tickets and appeals to you, and decide what you can see. How long we keep itWhile you're signed in: until you sign out, or 30 days after you last visit.
Sign-in details
The IP address and browser you signed in with, when you signed in, and when you were last active. The key Discord gives the site to look up your profile is stored scrambled (encrypted), so it can't be read if someone copied the database. Why we collect itTo keep you signed in, keep your account safe, and spot abuse. How long we keep itDeleted when you sign out or your session expires.
Support tickets and appeals
What you write, any photos you add, and private notes from staff. Only you and staff can see a ticket; the notes are for staff only. Why we collect itTo look into and answer your request. How long we keep itDeleted automatically 12 months after a ticket is closed.
Moderation records
Warnings, timeouts and bans recorded by the Discord bot, which you can see on your support page. Why we collect itTo run the community rules and let you appeal a decision. How long we keep itKept by the bot for as long as they're needed for moderation. Deleting a ticket doesn't remove them.
Server verification
When you verify for the Discord server, the site checks the link the bot gave you, and records your Discord ID, the time and your IP address once you pass. You don't sign in for it. Why we collect itTo let real people into the server and keep scam accounts out. How long we keep itIn the activity log, kept for security reasons.
Security and activity logs
Sign-ins and staff actions, with the time, the IP address, and the version of these terms you accepted. Why we collect itTo keep the site secure and look into abuse. How long we keep itKept for security reasons.
Settings and notifications
Your notification settings, the browser you chose to get push notifications on, and the badges you've earned. Why we collect itTo give you the features you turned on. How long we keep itUntil you turn them off or ask us to remove them.
Cookies and browser storage
One cookie that keeps you signed in, a few short-lived ones for messages and the sign-in steps, and your sound and display choices saved in your browser. No advertising or analytics cookies. Why we collect itTo keep you signed in, make the site work, and remember your choices. How long we keep itThe sign-in cookie lasts 30 days. You can clear the rest in your browser at any time.
Donations
If you donate, you pay on Stripe's own page, so your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site. The site keeps that a donation happened: the amount, the time and Stripe's reference for it. If you're signed in, it also keeps your Discord ID and name with the donation, so staff can see who it came from, unless you tick the box to stay anonymous. If you're not signed in, it keeps nothing about you, and an email you type goes to Stripe for your receipt but isn't kept here. It never keeps your card. Stripe keeps what it needs for your receipt and for the law. Why we collect itTo know a donation arrived, thank the person who made it, and match it to refunds. How long we keep itKept as a record of the studio's income. Stripe keeps its own records under its policy.
Other services
The site runs through Cloudflare, which delivers it, protects it from abuse and runs the captcha on forms. Discord handles sign-in and Stripe handles donations. The server also keeps normal request logs. Why we collect itTo run, protect and fix the site. How long we keep itAs each service's own policy says. Our request logs are replaced regularly.

Your choices

  • Sign out any time. That ends your session and deletes its stored details.
  • Ask us to delete a ticket or your saved settings by opening a support ticket. Moderation records are the exception: they stay as the record of what was done.
  • Take the site's access away in Discord, under User Settings, then Authorised Apps.
  • Clear this site's cookies and saved data in your browser whenever you like.

To make a request, open a support ticket.

The Discord server

Discord server rules

These apply everywhere in the server, in every channel, and to conduct between members about this community. Staying in the server is taken as agreeing to them.

English or Russian Only R-01

You may only communicate in English or Russian.

Respect Other Members R-02

Harassment, threats, targeted insults, discrimination, and encouraging harm are prohibited.

No Impersonation R-03

No impersonation of staff members, other users, or public figures.

Keep it SFW R-04

Keep all content safe for work. Sexual, graphic, or otherwise NSFW material is prohibited.

No Advertising R-05

Advertising and self-promotion require prior staff permission.

No Trading R-06

Trading, selling, or marketplace activities are not permitted.

Protect Personal Information R-07

Do not request, reveal, threaten to reveal, or distribute anyone's private information.

No Unnecessary Pings R-08

Do not ping administrators or moderators without a valid reason.

No Ban Evasion R-09

No ban evasion or helping others evade punishments.

No Spam or Disruption R-10

Do not flood chats, mass mention users, repeatedly post low-effort content, or deliberately disrupt conversations.

Follow Discord's Terms of Service R-11

Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

No Asking for Permissions R-12

Do not repeatedly ask staff for roles, permissions, promotions, or exceptions.

No Harmful Group Coordination R-13

Do not promote, recruit for, or coordinate with groups involved in raids, harassment, threats, ban evasion, or attacks against this community.

Enforcement R-14

Staff may act on harmful or disruptive behavior not explicitly listed here. Serious violations may skip warning stages based on severity and history.

No Drama R-15

Do not bring unnecessary drama, arguments, callouts, accusations, or disputes from other communities into this server. If you have a legitimate concern, contact staff privately instead of turning public channels into an argument.

Don't Bypass AutoMod R-16

AutoMod blocks things like invite links and Google Docs links. Do not try to get around it, and do not abuse it.

Owner's Discretion R-17

This is a privately run community. The owner and senior staff (SHR) may remove anyone from the server at their discretion, even when no specific rule was broken. All other staff act on the rules above. Every removal can still be appealed on the website.

Enforcement

How enforcement works

Moderation normally escalates through these stages. Serious breaches can skip stages depending on severity and what came before.

STAGE 1

Warning

A formal warning is recorded and the rule is explained.

STAGE 2

Timeout

A temporary timeout restricts server interaction.

STAGE 3

Longer Timeout

A much longer timeout, measured in days rather than hours. Your moderation history remains on record.

STAGE 4

Ban

You are permanently removed from the server. You can still appeal a ban; the website's Support page explains how.

Every action is on record and can be appealed. Sign in on the support page with the account it was taken against to see it and appeal.
